The EXTRALINK GIGABIT POE SWITCH Power Source Convenient switch combines an small-high efficiency 8-port 10/100/1000 Mbps switch with 7 PoE port. The EXTRALINK GIGABIT POE SWITCH PoE switch use an external 18VDC to 57VDC power adaptor. All 7 PoE Ethernet ports can provide 30W power as well as 10/100/1000M data transmission over standard readily available Cat 5/ 5e / 6 cables.

The EXTRALINK GIGABIT POE SWITCH allow for data and power to be transmitted over a single Ethernet twisted-pair cable to the attached devices. The EXTRALINK GIGABIT POE SWITCH is Power Source Equipment (PSE) and fully compatible with Powered Devices (PD) that comply with the passivet PoE standard, allowing users to attach any PoE compliant device such as wireless Access Points (APS), VOIP phone, IP camera, printer and Network Attached Storage (NAS) to the PoE Switch without requiring additional power.

On a network. The unit is designed with home and small business users in mind and is a cost effective solution for environments where AC power is not available or too costly to install.

7 always on PoE outputs with either  Mode A and/or Mode B:

• Mode A power and data on pins 1/2 (-) and 3/6 (+) 
• Mode B power or pins 4/5 (+) and 7/8 (-) with data on pins 1/2 and 3/6

Dual PTC fuses on each PoE output port

• One 650mA fuse per port for Mode A
• One 1000mA fuse per port for Mode B

18 volt to 56 volt operation

• 3 power supply inputs
• 2x2.1mm power connectors, center positive
• Mode A input with LED status
• Mode B input with LED status
• LED indicates 18/24 volt operation or 48/56 volt operation
