Flexible backhaul link selection

The ASUS ZenWiFi XT9 gives you flexible backhaul options: using a wireless or wired Ethernet connection. You can use a second 5GHz band or an Ethernet cable to connect to your local network node. Or you can simply let the ZenWiFi XT9 router choose the best type of connection for you. The choice is always yours!

Smart connections

In automatic mode, the ZenWiFi XT9 router intelligently allocates the most stable Wi-Fi band available to connected devices, ensuring Wi-Fi connectivity without any interference.

Ethernet backhaul

If you're connecting your mesh router via Ethernet cables, you can reserve all three Wi-Fi bands for this, for more stable and interference-free connections via wired backhaul connections.

Ultrafast wired connection, flexible installation

With a 2.5Gbps WAN port, the ASUS ZenWiFi XT9 router allows you to make the most of the 2.5Gbps speeds offered by ISPs for compatible wired devices. You can also enjoy wired connectivity speeds of up to 2 Gbps using the LAN link aggregation function.
