The Pivot™+ Wine Preservation System combines preservation with aeration, delivering a more aromatic and flavorful wine as you pour with the included Pivot Aerator attachment. What's Included
Pivot™ Device (1)



• Use the Pivot™ Device in conjunction with Pivot™ Stoppers to pour and preserve wine for up to 4 weeks.
Pivot™ Aerator (1)



• The Pivot Aerator attachment allows you to aerate wines in seconds as you pour them.
Pivot™ Stoppers (2)



• Replace the cork or screw cap of your wine bottle with a Pivot™ Stopper.
Coravin Pure™ Argon Capsules (21 ml) (2)



• Coravin Pure™ Capsules are filled with pure Argon gas, manufactured and inspected to ensure the highest level of preservation with no impact to the taste of your wine.
Bottle Sleeve (1)



• Bottles that are cracked or chipped can break. We provide a Coravin Wine Bottle Sleeve for safety if you are more comfortable using one.
How to Use Pivot+
Pour without the Pivot Aerator
Open the bottle of wine. Replace the cork or screwcap with a Pivot Stopper (ensure the Stopper and bottle neck are both dry). Insert the Pivot Device through the Stopper. Tilt the bottle so the spout is over the wine glass, then press and hold the button on the Device. Release the button and bring the bottle upright to stop the pour.
Pour with the Pivot Aerator
Attach the Pivot Aerator to the Pivot Spout. Tilt the bottle so the Aerator is over the wine glass. Lightly press Button until wine creates a gentle shower, then release. Press and release as needed to pour the desired amount. Bring the bottle upright to stop the pour.
Capsule Life
Each Capsule will allow you to pour up to 20 five-ounce (150ml) glasses of wine with Pivot™ Systems.
Reusable Stoppers
When you finish a bottle closed with a Pivot Stopper, you can remove and reuse that Stopper again and again. Purchase more Stoppers to preserve and enjoy even more wines.
Aerate in Seconds
When pouring with the Pivot™ Aerator, use short, light presses on the button to maintain a gentle shower. This will expose wine droplets to the air and rapidly aerate as you pour.
