The intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows NAND Flash to operate in SLC mode, helping to maintain SU650 peak read/write speeds of 520/450MB per second for smoother booting, file transfers and downloads.

With support for ECC (Error Correction Code) technology, the SU650 can detect and repair errors to ensure data integrity and extend the life of the SSD. MTBF (mean time between failures) is up to 2 million hours, 25% more than drives SSD NAND 2D NAND.

SSD drives do not contain any mechanical components, which makes them superior to traditional HDD drives in terms of greater resistance to shocks, vibrations (1500G/0.5ms) and extreme temperatures (0°C-70°C).
